Sustainable Livelihooods
To improve the livelihoods of the local community of North East Tobago through job creation and improved living conditions as potentially a low carbon ecotourism destination.
Green Economy
To build on the existing public and government support in Trinidad and Tobago for moving towards a “Green Economy” by increasing the level of awareness of the challenges and benefits of low-carbon technologies and of the concept of “Sustainable Communities”.
Renewable Energy
To provide a practical demonstration at a regional level to the general public of the technical challenges and financial cost-benefits of using sustainable management systems, renewable energy and other green technologies.
